Therapy
The Sanare Centre partners with the provincial government and Alberta’s sexual assault centres, through the Association of Alberta Sexual Assault Services, to ensure trauma survivors have consistent access to standardized therapy, healing, and advocacy services.
One-on-One Therapy
Survivors of sexual assault and sexual abuse can benefit from this specialized therapy. It builds a trusting and safe relationship where thoughts and feelings are validated. It can empower survivors through achievable personal goals and restore a sense of control. Therapy can speed the recovery process and improve long-term outcomes.
